Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By using this website and purchasing from Hilma Biocare, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we have reason to believe the customer does not meet this requirement.
2. Product Use Disclaimer
Products sold on this website are intended for research and personal use only. It is your sole responsibility to verify that the importation, possession, and use of any product you order is legal in your country or jurisdiction. We do not provide legal advice. We accept no liability for customers who order products in violation of local laws or regulations.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation. An order is not confirmed until payment has been received and verified. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Payment Methods
We accept bank transfer (SEPA and international wire), cryptocurrency, PayPal, Western Union, and MoneyGram. Payment instructions are provided at checkout. Orders are dispatched only after payment is confirmed. Bank transfers and cryptocurrency payments may take 1–3 business days to clear.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy, but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier networks, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the courier. We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged after collection by the courier, but we will assist in filing a claim where possible.
6. Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or inspection delays imposed by the destination country. These costs and delays are your responsibility. We are not able to advise on whether a specific product can legally be imported into your country.
7. Returns & Refunds
We accept return requests for products that arrive damaged, incorrectly sent, or significantly not as described. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs. We do not accept returns for opened, used, or correctly supplied products. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, product descriptions, and branding — is the property of Hilma Biocare and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hilma Biocare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to that claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which our business is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that country.
